Wayne knows housing. Having been involved in all phases of construction, from design, to remodeling and repair, to evaluation, Wayne really does know housing. Using as a base his degree in Industrial Sciences from CSU, he has operated building businesses, been a building inspector, taught vocational and high school classes in the construction trades, and been a building component trouble shooter for private and public interests. This strong background in the trades is supplemented by his knowledge of the area. Born in Durango, Wayne has lived and played from Silverton to Steamboat Springs and points between. His lovely wife, Vina, is a Meeker native and long time resident. They currently reside in scenic Battlement Mesa, following nine years in DeBeque. One of Wayne's goals is to stand on all the peaks and points lining this part of the Grand Valley, and he has conquered many already. When stuck at home he picks his guitar, tends the garden, and is active in the local VFW.
