We came out to Battlement Mesa to look at a possible purchase for an upcoming retirement. Jim spent about five hours with us as we look at all options available to us. He was very patient with all of our questions, and those questions that he wasn’t sure about he checked for us right away.

Jim has been incredible. We have called, emailed and faxed him and he has always been quick to respond, more than helpful, and even set up a conference call to answer some technical questions regarding the contract. Also, since we have been back home, Jim has sent video of our lot and home as it was being built, all of his own fruitions. He has always kelp us up to date on what was happening and what to expect next.
