I am the Owner and Managing Broker of Colorado Heritage Real Estate Company and I am extremely proud of the full service real estate firm that we have formed and continue to develop in Western Colorado. I’m a fourth generation Garfield County, Colorado native resident and I know, understand and respect that past, that is our heritage, all while, looking to new horizons that is our future in Western Colorado. I grew up in a ranching family, where the predecessors of both of my parents homesteaded in the area in the early 1880’s and whose families worked hard and endured much to contribute to the settlement, establishment and development of the fabric that makes up our communities and area today. I am passionate about and proud of what they accomplished and pledge to protect all that has come before, but understand as they did, that change must come. I promise to help direct that change in the future so that is will honor and reflect our past. I have been an active, full time, licensed, real estate broker in the area since 1981. I KNOW Western Colorado. I have been in ranching my entire life, been a business owner, lived and worked within the communities and can provide a unique perspective regarding real estate issues, whether it is commercial, estate, water, farm and ranch, development or residential transactions.
