GETTING TO KNOW ME: I have lived in Colorado for 34 years - 30 in Carbondale. Though I can't call myself a native, I'm a well planted transplant. I've been in real estate for over 23 years and sharing the beauty of this great state with others has been an honor. Craig, Colorado was named after my great grandfather, so I really do have a "Colorado Heritage". Born and raised in Indiana, I graduated from college in Iowa, married and moved to Colorado, where our twins were born and raised. I helped start a new real estate company in Carbondale in 1985. I continued with the firm after it was sold in the late 90's. It is a privilege to now be a part of Colorado Heritage, a company of true, caring professionals that serves all of western Colorado "from Independence Pass to the Colorado-Utah border. WORKING WITH ME: * I am a "ducks in a row" type of person, so I follow through with my clients and customers from the first offer to the final closing and everything in between. * I know the Roaring Fork and Crystal River Valleys well, in addition to the Basalt/Frying Pan area and the Glenwood Springs, New Castle, Rifle and Parachute corridor. There's a world of wonder to discover beyond every turn in the road and every mountain on the horizon. * I believe when you live in a community, such as Carbondale, it is important to give back - to be involved. In addition to serving on many committees, I have been a member of Carbondale's Board of Adjustment for over 20 years, and chairman for the last four. * My children were raised in Carbondale - so I know the schools, the activities, the many advantages of small town, mountain living. * I gain great pleasure in helping my clients and customers achieve their real estate goals.
