Colorado Heritage Real Estate Company continues to offer one of the most comprehensive career selections in the real estate business on the Western Slope of Colorado. Comprised of an extremely talented and experienced sales team looking to add dedicated and energetic broker associates that can fulfill the values and principals Colorado Heritage has established since its inception.

Assisting our broker associates improve and grow in their careers are the objectives we strive to provide through training and education.

On going, we continue to introduce new programs to our broker associates to include a training program for brokers who have completed a minimum of 10 transactions. This program allows the broker associate to take their business to a higher level. Polishing salesmanship is designed to increase productivity.

We have established a "mentoring program" with high producers sharing tips and suggestions to newer broker associates. Structured to increase camaraderie between associates and offices while promoting the tradition of Colorado Heritage, to be actively involved with each other as well as the communities we work and live in.

Continuing Education

Express Start:

A six week program designed to offer business basics from new associates to experienced brokers looking to jump start their careers.

Salesmanship and Skills:

After completing a minimum of 10 transactions, you have come face to face with real estate and this class is designed to take your business to the next level. We will help you polish your salesmanship skills to increase your business.

Brown Bag Days:

Exciting topics will be presented in each office during a lunch break session. These sessions are scheduled monthly by the Office Sales Manager.

Mastering the Total Picture:

Monthly seminars are offered through our title companies and lending institutions to further your education. These are scheduled through your local office.
